What is in a Vegan diet?

One of the common (and annoying) questions Vegans get asked is “What do you eat?”. It’s understandable that people who are not vegan are unaware of what can / cannot be consumed. A Vegan diet contains no animal product; no meat, dairy, eggs, honey, etc. Nothing which is a product of an animal. So what is there left? Well, there’s actually a lot! And mostly the same meals as meat eaters eat.

Another question is “Where do you get your protein from”? If we had a penny for every time this was asked! It’s easy to get all the nutrients required from a Vegan diet.
